Online Statement Terms and Conditions
By accepting the Online Statement Terms and Conditions, you are agreeing to receive electronically through online banking your account statements and any other disclosures or legal notices for the account(s) selected, for any combined account(s) and for future account(s) opened. You agree to receive such electronically instead of receiving a paper copy sent through the U.S. Postal Service. You are agreeing that:
The computer being used has Internet Explorer 7.0 or higher and a valid email address and can display Portable Document Format (PDF) files with Adobe Acrobat.
You take full responsibility for adjusting, correcting, obtaining, installing, maintaining, and operating any computer hardware, software, and Internet access issues such as SPAM filters, browser settings, firewall or other security programs which may block your online statements.
Online Statement communications email will come from Customer Care. This email address should be added to any email filter permitted address functions. The Bank reserves the right to change the hardware or software requirements for Online Statements; the Bank will notify you in advance.
You are responsible for viewing, printing, and saving Online Statements for reference. Online Statements are typically available online for 18 Months.
Your Online Statement retrieval will be terminated if you cancel or are removed from Online Banking for any reason.
You may withdraw your consent to receive your periodic statements through Online Banking, without any fee for withdrawal. You may notify us using the ï¿½Contact Usï¿½ feature to leave us a message at any time or by calling 877-427-7220 or 260-427-7007 or stop in at any of our local Financial Centers.
For Consumer Customers ï¿½ You also agree to the following:
You are an enrolled Online Banking user. If not, you may enroll online at www.towerbank.net.
As an Account Owner, Power of Attorney, Guardian, or Custodian, you are electing to receive Online Statements on behalf of all owners of this account. Only an Account Owner, Power of Attorney, Guardian, or Custodian may authorize Online Statements or change Statement delivery methods.
An authorized individual will promptly notify the Bank of any Email address change. You may notify us using the "Contact Us" feature to leave us a message at any time or by calling 877-427-7220 or 260-427-7007 or stop in at any of our local Financial Centers.
You specifically agree to the Terms and Conditions of your deposit account with Tower Bank and Trust Company as provided in your account brochure.
You may request a duplicate statement for a $2.00 fee. For information or assistance on your statement you may email Customer Care, call 877-427-7220 or 260-427-7007 or write to Tower Bank and Trust Company ATTN: Customer Care Online Statements, 116 East Berry Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46802.
For Business Customers ï¿½ You also agree to the following:
Your business is enrolled in a business Online Banking product and you are an enrolled Business Online Banking user. If not, enroll for online business service access by calling 260-427-7134.
As an Authorized Business Representative, you are electing to receive Online Statements on behalf of the Business Entity. Only Authorized Business Representatives may authorize Online Statements or change statement delivery methods. You may be required to sign and provide written authorization to the Bank in order to change the statement delivery method.
An Authorized Business Representative will notify Tower Bank and Trust Company regarding any changes to the business email address. Notification can be made by email to Cash Management or by calling 260-427-7134, or by mail at Tower Bank & Trust Company 116 East Berry Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46802.
